H2o Pressure Washing received a phone call from the president of the HOA at Latham Ridge in Latham, NY asking about pressure washing the development entrance sign. I spoke with the president on the phone and suggested it would be best to come by and look at the sign in person. We agreed on a date and I scheduled an on-site visit.
I arrived on the scheduled day, met with the HOA president, and he showed me the granite entrance sign. I listened to his questions and concerns and explained how I would perform the pressure washing, including the cleaning agents and the brushing technique I planned to use on the stone. After our conversation he decided to schedule the job, and we set a date for the work.

Once the sign was rinsed we allowed the granite to dry so the HOA president could see the final result without water streaks. When the sign had dried, I called the president to ask him to stop by and inspect the work. He came out to review the cleaned sign and was very pleased with the outcome.
The president noted that the entrance sign had not been cleaned since it was installed, and he thanked us for a great job.
